There are just so many benefits to running that in a world where so much focus is on our mental health, this is a great medium to take some time for ourselves. Over the years I’ve taken part in quite a few running events, but this page is for so much more than just that. It’ll cover some well-being runs, some great trail runs and some city exploratory runs; using this easily accessible activity for both physical and mental health.
